COMPANY PROFILE

PT Jambi Prima Coal, hereinafter referred to as the Company was established on August 1, 2005 based on the Notarial Deed of Sri Intansih, SH which was legalized by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights dated September 1, 2005 based on Decree Number: C-24248 HT.01.01.TH.2005, is a company that engages in the coal mining industry, including exploration, exploitation, processing, refining, transportation, and sales based on mining permits Mining Business License Production Operation Number: 66 of 2009.

In 2017, the Company was acquired by PT PLN Batubara (PLN Group) with shares owned by 60%, including: PT PLN Batubara (60%) and PT Indobagus Energy (40%).

The Company continues to strive to improve good relations with stakeholders in order to obtain feedback and input as material for improving the Company's performance. The company as a unit continues to strive to grow and develop into a reliable company, by always evaluating and improving in all fields. Thus, it is hoped that the Company will continue to prosper in the future.

Mr. M Tonas graduated from Universitas Krisnadwipayana. He started hi career at PT Bank Industri in 1996, and continued at PT. Indobagus Lestari in 1997. He was a member of parliament from 2004 until 2009.From 2010 unti 2016, he continued at PT Sigma Nugra Semada, and from 2010 until now he works at PT Indobagus Agra Mandiri and PT Indobagus Investama. And he appointed as President of Commisioner at PT Jambi Prima Coal since 2017 until now.

Romy Nurawan

Romy Nurawan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and began his career at PT Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya in 2002 in the Primary Energy Inventory department. He has participated in various coal-related training programs, organized both internally by PT PLN (Persero) and PT PLN Indonesia Power, as well as externally, including the Clean Coal Technology training held by NEDO & JICA in Tokyo, Japan, in 2005.

Between 2022 and 2025, he was entrusted with the position of Senior Manager of Primary Energy at PT PLN IP UBP Suralaya and most recently served as a Senior Specialist in the Coal Operations Directorate of PT PLN Indonesia Power. He currently serves as the President Director of PT Jambi Prima Coal.

Randika Prabowo

Mr Randika Prabowo has graduated from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. He became Senior Finance Manager at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan in 2019. He later served as Vice President of Financial Planning at PT PLN (Persero) Head Office in 2021 and has been appointed as Director of Finance & HR at PT Jambi Prima Coal.

Mr Hilarius Moan Dare is a graduate from Universitas Sriwijaya (Unsri)  holds degree in Mining Engineering. Mr Hilarius Moan Dare joined PT. Indobagus Investama (IBI) in 2011, and served as Chief Operational Officer at PT. Surya Global Makmur (subsidiary of IBI as a mining company in Jambi).
